MONTHLY AND WEEKLY GOAL SETTING AND REFLECTION: Do not underestimate the power of setting interim goals, and then “INSPECT”ing, tracking and scoring. You will find the most successful people in the world in ANY field are the ones who take the time to be intentional, mindful and reflective. Their success didn’t just fall in their laps. The scoring is taking the average of the daily/weekly INSPECTing stars to get the monthly scores. This is the most useful when you are able to compare week 4 with week 1 and month 3 with month 1. It is quite difficult for us to notice our own progress without tracking it. It can show us where we really need to zoom in and focus. Use the monthly calendar to list events that are already rocks in your calendar - like appointments or meetings or rehearsals. Make sure to transfer them to the weekly and daily calendars.
Remember, the obstacle is the way! Where things are the biggest struggle is usually the key to unlocking the exact thing holding us back.
