Habit Trackers (3 sets of 30 days):

I recommend choosing only 1-3 NEW habits to focus on and don’t add more until the first 3 are fully installed.  Studies show that you will end up not being successful at installing ANY habits if you try to do too much at once. (See “Atomic Habits” by James Clear.). But, I also recommend including habits you are already good at! It is so important to witness yourself doing well at something.  Celebrate what is going well if you want it to stick! What we focus on grows!
