Journaling Prompts: These are not exhaustive. Make your own. Use the journaling space below as well as on the daily pages to reflect on any of the following questions.
Emotions: What am I feeling? What else? Why am I feeling this? What is it telling me? What happens if I keep feeling this way? What happens if I stop? How is it affecting what is important to me? What do I need to do next that most aligns with my values and serves the best outcome? Where is it in my body? How does it leave my body?
Obstacles: What happened or is happening? What did I/do I want to happen? What was missing or is needed? What can I do now that is in my control?
Relationships: How can I serve/give/love right now? Who most needs what I can give? What is blocking my ability to serve or love? What can I do about it? Do I feel deep connection and positive energy around those I value most? How can I deepen my connections?
Purpose: What fills me up the most? What inspires me the most? When do I feel the most alive? How can I find that space more often?
Health: What daily habits can I build to level up my health in order to feel my best? What makes me feel vibrant and energized and primed to tackle my day? Who benefits if I do? Who benefits if I don’t?
Spirit: Do I feel present in this moment? Do I feel vitally alive and connected to something bigger than myself? Am I anchored? How do I plug in to Source and recharge? How can I be more congruent and aligned in my values in my daily actions? What promises to myself do I need to keep more?
Boundaries: What have I been tolerating that no longer serves me or my family or my playing or my business? Where do I need to cultivate more consciousness and courage to move through obstacles or hold firm to what is important to me?
